A newly filed ballot initiative with the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office—titled the “Free,

Fair and Secure Elections Act”—aims to permanently protect early and mail-in voting by

enshrining these rights in the Arizona Constitution.  . This would ensure that the rules

governing these voting methods remain in the hands of voters, not subject to change by

the Legislature.

We’re pleased to have Maritzajoin us to walk through the initiative, explain what it does,

and share how you can get involved.

We hope you’ll connect with us, learn more, and be part of this important effort.

Together, we can protect voting rights in Arizona.

Environmental Stewardship 101: Building a Rural Energy Future

Join Rural Arizona Engagement (RAZE) for a deep dive into the importance of supporting local

renewable energy projects and what that means for our future. Let's talk about how we can keep

our water in the ground and our money in our pockets.

At this session, you’ll learn:

  • Why renewable energy projects are a victory for our depleted aquifers.

  • How to make sure big energy companies pay for their own infrastructure so our families don't

see another huge rate hike.

  • How you can help decide where these projects go and how the tax money they generate is

spent in our schools and neighborhoods.

  • This matters now, because we must show up for our community or the decisions will be made

by people who don't have to live with the consequences.
